inamplify ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use inamplify at inamplify.com. By using our Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including which tools you use, generation counts, session duration, and feature interactions. This helps us improve the product.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment details — only a Lemon Squeezy customer ID and transaction records.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referral source, collected automatically via standard web server logs.

User content: Text you submit for processing. See Section 4 for how this is handled.

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process your payments and manage your credits; send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts, password reset); send product updates and announcements (you can opt out at any time); detect and prevent fraud or abuse; improve our tools based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising targeting. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as described in Section 5.

Text you submit to our AI tools is sent to our AI infrastructure for processing and to generate a response. We do not permanently store your input text after your session ends unless you explicitly save it to your document history. We do not use your input text to train AI models — neither our own nor any third-party models. Saved documents in your history are stored securely, encrypted at rest, and are only accessible to you. You can delete your document history at any time from your dashboard.

We use the following third-party services to operate inamplify:

Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.

Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data and document history are stored in Supabase.

Vercel — Hosting and edge network. Our application runs on Vercel's infrastructure.

AI providers — We use third-party AI APIs to power our tools. Text submitted for processing is sent to these providers under data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for training.

All third-party providers are contractually obligated to handle your data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We may use anonymised analytics to understand how users interact with the product in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect core functionality of the Service.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance (e.g., billing records for up to 7 years). Saved document history is deleted immediately upon your request or when you delete your account. Session data and logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access — You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction — You can update your account information at any time from your dashboard.

Deletion — You can delete your account and associated data at any time.

Portability — You can request an export of your document history.

Objection — You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit; AES-256 encryption for data at rest; password hashing using bcrypt; two-factor authentication support; regular security audits; and access controls limiting which team members can access user data. While we take security seriously, no system is completely immune to breaches. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

inamplify is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we have such data, please contact us at support@inamplify.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
