Summary: inamplify is a pay-as-you-go AI writing service. You own your content. We charge per generation. Credits never expire. We're not liable for how you use the outputs. Contact us with any questions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using inamplify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

inamplify provides an AI-powered outreach workspace including, but not limited to, Lead Finder, Prospect Tracker, Company Research, Cold Email, and Full Pipeline. The Service is provided on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go basis. New accounts receive 5 complimentary credits upon registration.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the full Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limitations. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

inamplify operates on a credit system. Each AI generation consumes one credit. Credits are purchased in packs and never expire. All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed in USD. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase; partially used packs are refunded on a pro-rated basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. There are no recurring subscription charges — you pay only for the credits you purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; engage in bulk automated requests beyond normal usage; resell or redistribute the Service without prior written consent; or generate spam, phishing content, or malware. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by inamplify and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service. You grant inamplify a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input solely to provide the Service. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your use; however, we make no guarantees regarding their originality or copyright status. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. inamplify does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies. You should always review outputs before using them in academic, professional, or commercial contexts. inamplify is not responsible for how you use the generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inamplify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to inamplify in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits related to the Service.
